Peppers

Annual product from herbaceous crop, with high thermal requirements and water. Pepper, belonging to Solanaceae family, requires the need for medium-texture soils, deep and well-drained soil, rich in organic matter.

The green ones are picked before fully mature and have a meaty flesh and a sweet taste. The red ones have a crisp flesh, thick and a sweet note.

The yellow ones are juicy and tender. The annual plant can reach a height of 2 meters, characterized by brilliant green leaves and white flowers from May to September.

The fruit has generally a conical shape or lobed in the direction of the length, and a square base.
